Hours & Questions

As a sole proprietor I require no less than 24 hours' notice when booking an appointment. I don't take walk-ins. I will accommodate my clients the best I can. I stay busy with other business-related tasks and need down time to recharge.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 24-hours' notice is required. For no call/no shows industry standards are payment in full or percentage due for missed appointments. I know life happens and sometimes last-minute cancelations or no call/no shows may occur. I ask that notice is given as soon as possible. Since I don't take any electronic forms of payment, I will let you go as a client, if no call/no shows become chronic.

COVID-19 POLICY: In accordance with CDC guidelines, I request each client take their temperature at home on the day of the appointment. If fever is more than 100.4, cancellation is required and no expectation of payment for last minute cancellation. Please respect all clients by not coming in for your appointment sick.

I take the spread of disease seriously and if I contract something that spikes a fever of 100.4, I will cancel any appointments on my books and reschedule. If I learn that I was exposed to something I will reach out and give clients, the option to keep or cancel their appointments. I will share whether I am running a fever, showing symptoms, the time of exposure, or test positive for anything that I can take an OTC test for. Such as a Covid, Flu A & B.

Payment due at time of service by cash or personal check.

Thank you for your understanding!
