As a sole proprietor I require no less than 24 hours' notice when booking an appointment. I don't take walk-ins. I will accommodate my clients the best I can. I stay busy with other business-related tasks and need down time to recharge.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 24-hours' notice is required. I know life happens and sometimes last-minute cancelations or no shows may occur. I ask that notice is given as soon as possible, if it becomes a chronic problem, I will let you go as a client.
COVID-19 POLICY: In accordance with CDC guidelines, I require each client to take their temperature at home on the day of the appointment. If fever is more than 100.4, cancellation is required and no expectation of payment for last minute cancellation. Please respect all clients by not coming in for your appointment sick.
Payment due at time of service by cash or personal check.
